Dr. Snetselaar and the Nutrition Center staff have a wealth of experience in clinical research, nutrition assessment, and project management. Collaboratively, our team has a wide spectrum of skills in nutrition counseling, study coordination, recruitment, data collection, and intervention development, implementation and evaluation.
Our research has been in areas of prevention, community health, and chronic disease management throughout the life cycle.
Our current research projects include workplace and school wellness programs, medical student evaluation, and pediatric obesity intervention.
